Shawn has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including taking and defending hundreds of depositions in federal and state court. He has litigated on behalf of clients in the financial, legal, accounting, beverage, energy, and automotive industries and has represented corporations and individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement proceedings by the SEC and other government agencies. As a result, Shawn brings a depth of understanding of the ins and outs of the discovery process and, in particular, the challenges of deposition practice.
Shawn earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 2001 and his bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1998.
Thadd has more than 10 years of management experience and has held senior management roles with several national litigation support providers. He started his career in sales for IKON in 1998, where he gained a deep understanding of both sales and technology operations. In 2002, Thadd joined OmniDox, a nationwide litigation services provider, where he held regional and national management positions.
Thadd graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas.
In 1987, Rick co-founded Capsoft Development Corporation, a frontrunner in document automation tools and processing. Their industry-leading software assisted law firms, legal publishers, and other business users in simplifying and accelerating the task of producing repetitive, rule-based documents.
Rick earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Brigham Young University.
